Binuo na ang Scholarship Committee ng Dagupan at nag meeting kanina upang maihanda na ang Implementing Rules and Regulations ng Ordinance No. 2246-2022 ” Adopting The Revised Comprehensive Dagupan City Government Scholarship And Educational Assistance Program, and Providing Funds Thereof”.
Ito ay binubuo ng mga sumusunod: Mayor Belen T. Fernandez bilang chairman, Vice Mayor Dean Bryan Kua bilang vice chairman at mga miyembro na sina Schools Division Supt. Aguedo Fernandez, Commission on Higher Education OIC Director Danilo Bose, President of Association of Private Schools and Universities Dr. Aurora Samson-Reyna, City Social Welfare and Development OIC Irene Ferrer at Liga ng mga Barangay President Councilor Lino Fernandez.
