Dr. Feliza Arzadon-Sua will be formally proclaimed as the new president of the now 39-year old Universidad De Dagupan (formerly Computronix College & Colegio De Dagupan) which was founded by my friend, Outgoing Pres. Voltaire P. Arzadon.
It’s an honor and privilege to be with some of Dagupan City’s best leaders in the field of education.
