Seventy-five years ago, Dagupan was granted status as a chartered city, a monumental achievement made possible through a Republic Act authored by former House Speaker Eugenio Perez Sr. This milestone signifies the spirit of resilience and growth that has defined our city and its people over these years.
Our forthcoming celebrations focus on commemorating Dagupan’s remarkable development and the unwavering resilience of its people. We believe in the power of looking back at our journey to inspire us for the road ahead. Hence, the Diamond Jubilee also serves as a beacon of hope, motivating Dagupeños towards a brighter, more prosperous future.
