Who must avail of the service?

All citizens who plan to operate a new business or to continue operating an existing business are required to secure Mayors Permit.

A. APPLYING FOR BUSINESS REGISTRATION

Requirements for New Business

  • Duly Accomplished Application Form
  • 1 pc 2×2 picture
  • Community Tax Certificate (CTC)
  • Barangay Business Clearance
  • DTI/SEC/CDA Registration
  • Lease Contract (for leased properties)
  • Certificate of Occupancy
  • Health Certificate (for food handlers)
  • Others (National Requirements)

Requirements for Renewal of Business Permits

  • Duly Accomplished Application Form
