The Revised Comprehensive Dagupan City Government Scholarship and Educational Assistance Program is a pioneering endeavor is the realization of Ordinance No. 2246-2022, and a testament to our city’s unwavering commitment to education.

The Dagupan Scholarship Committee, which is tasked with the preparation of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of this ordinance, has recently convened. Headed by Mayor Belen T. Fernandez, the committee comprises esteemed members including Vice Mayor Dean Bryan Kua, Schools Division Superintendent Aguedo Fernandez, Commission on Higher Education Acting Director Danilo Bose, President of the Association of Private Schools and Universities Dr. Aurora Samson-Reyna, City Social Welfare and Development Acting Head Irene Ferrer, and League of Barangays President Councilor Lino Fernandez.

Their collective expertise, commitment, and passion will drive the successful implementation and administration of this scholarship and educational assistance program, offering a springboard for Dagupan’s youth to reach their full potential.
