This is part of our literacy intiatives for persons deprived of liberty (PDL) to gain a chance at education starting of with 30 PDL scholars as pilot beneficiaries of the program.
University of Luzon likewise assured the learning delivery modality for the PDLs thru online training sessions which will also serve as a rehabilitation for them to return to being citizens and not to be outcast in the society by the time they get out of jail.
Today is God’s given gift for us to help those in need. Indeed, we are blessed to be a channel for blessings to others.
